The Columbus Blue Jackets have placed defenseman Zach Werenski on Injured Reserve and recalled defenseman David Jiricek from the @monstershockey.
Werenski suffered a quad contusion in last night’s game and is expected to miss 1-2 weeks.

“I think there’s more pace to him,” Vincent said.
He added that he hopes that he’ll be Johnson’s coach for a long time because Johnson will have “a great career.”
