Philipp Grubauer just left the ice and went down the tunnel during the TV timeout, and Martin Jones is now in net. Feels temporary, but we'll see...

So, Vince Dunn came out for warmups, but then quickly went back down the tunnel. Haven't seen him come back yet. Not sure what that's about, but keep an eye on it.

Dave Hakstol offered no change today in Andre Burakovsky's status, who has been seen skating - but has not returned to main group.

FWIW, Burakovsky has 15 games of experience on Wennberg's line with Schwartz on the left wing (as indicated above). We'll see if that's a sign.

Dave Hakstol said Vince Dunn was “pissed off, and rightfully so.”

Confirmed he was not ejected, but that it was a “call from up top” for him to exit the game. Said he didn’t have any indication or reason to believe Dunn is injured. #SeaKraken

@GeoffBakerTIMES
Maxime Comtois gets shoulder up on Vince Dunn and bloodies his nose. Dunn shouts at him, calling him a “Bleeping coward” and gets penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct. Crowd not happy. Officiating has been less than desirable this game. #SEAKraken #Kraken #NHL

Driedger, whose condition has improved but is behind Philipp Grubauer and Martin Jones on the depth chart, is expected to get needed reps in net with the stretch drive on the horizon.

Salary cap logistics have Kraken gaining $1.125 million in space with his reassignment.

@sound_hockey
The #SeaKraken placed Chris Driedger on waivers this morning with hopes of getting him to Coachella Valley.

Coach Dave Hakstol called it a “step in the process,” and said Driedger had done everything he can other than playing in games. So, that’s the next step.
